The breakfast buffet at Eat N Park is back! They are available from 6 a.m. until 11 a.m. What do you plan on eating? My personal favorite is potato pancakes. Even the thought of it makes my mouth water.

Fried Pickles
Their fried pickles deserve a spot on our list. On the outside they are crispy, and inside they are juicy. They are served with homemade ranch for dipping. Yummy!
The Italiano
You can’t resist this sandwich! Grilled capicola, salami, and pepperoni from Italy are topped with melted provolone, crunchy banana peppers, fresh lettuce, and tangy balsamic mayo. All are served on a grilled hoagie bun.
Caramel Brownie Cheesecake
Buttery caramel fudge, more brownie bites, and milk chocolate ganache are drizzled over a decadent white chocolate cheesecake that has been swirled with salted dulce de leche caramel and chocolate brownie bits. The entire dessert is baked in a graham-crumb crust.
Banana Crème Pie
Fresh bananas and creamy vanilla filling are combined with a graham cracker crust, and the dish is then sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs and whipped topping.
Strawberry Waffle
You can get a great start to your day with a homemade Smiley Belgian waffle, fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and a sweet topping. This is definitely a must-have dessert. This goes perfectly with a vanilla milkshake or chocolate milk drink.
Country Fried Steak & Eggs
I simply adored their tender sirloin steak’s timeless classic flavor when it was fried to a golden brown and smothered in our southern-style gravy for a hearty breakfast. Served with toast, breakfast potatoes, or fresh fruit, and two eggs cooked to your liking.
Southwest Chicken Quesadilla
Naturally, we shouldn’t forget to include their most popular quesadillas with even more delectable ingredients on the list! In this new and improved version, a flour tortilla is stuffed with fajita chicken, fire-roasted corn, black beans, green peppers, red onions, Pepper Jack and Cheddar cheeses, and chipotle sauce. It is served with lettuce, salsa, and sour cream.
Chicken and Strawberry Salad
Despite my bias in favor of strawberries, this salad is absolutely worth mentioning because it is so perfectly light and refreshing. With your choice of bread, it comes with a bed of mixed greens and spinach topped with your pick of grilled or herb-crusted chicken, toasted almonds, fresh strawberry slices, and their creamy and warm poppy and sesame seed dressing.
Chicken Fiesta Salad
I would characterize this fajita-grilled chicken with fire-roasted corn, black beans, tomatoes, green peppers, and red onions as refreshing. It is all served on mixed greens and topped with crunchy tortilla strips and cheddar cheese. They have the best tangy chipotle-lime vinaigrette around!
Zucchini Lasagna
I adored the mouthwatering layers of their well-known hand-breaded zucchini, Italian herbed ricotta, and marinara sauce, which were then topped with mozzarella and Asiago cheese and baked until bubbly and brown.
Country Fried Steak
The best of country cuisine! Dinner will consist of the same golden-fried sirloin with southern gravy, along with your choice of two sides and bread.
